2018 marks the 40th anniversary of China's reform and opening-up. Zhou Jingxing, Minister-Counselor at the Chinese Embassy in the United States, speaks to CGTN's "40 Years & Beyond: China's Reform and Opening-up." Zhou believes Deng Xiaoping saw the future and put forward the reform and opening-up policy to show "the rest of the world his vision of where China should be going."
