"Foreign-funded enterprises are always warmly welcome to invest in China, but only if they abide by China's laws and regulations, only if they protect the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese enterprises and clients," Ma Junsheng, director of the State Post Bureau (SPB) said in an exclusive interview with CGTN on Saturday.
