60 killed in Ghana bus crash

At least 60 people were killed on Friday in a head-on collision between two buses on the Tamale-Kintampo highway in Ghana's Bono East Region.

According to the police, the incident occurred at around 2:00 a.m. and one of the buses caught fire after the crash.

Emergency teams were present at the accident scene, including firefighters to put out the blaze, AFP reported.
