2018 marks the 40th anniversary of China's reform and opening-up. Martin Jacques, the author of "When China Rules the World", speaks at CGTN's "40 Years & Beyond: China's Reform and Opening up". He believes the policy was a sort of intellectual revolution that "unleashed enormous intellectual energy in China."
