A boy was suspended in the air after getting his head stuck between the metal bars on a ferris wheel in Taizhou City, east China's Zhejiang Province on Sept. 24. Operators rescued the boy by slowly rotating the wheel back to the ground. Fortunately, he only suffered a few scratches. Some witnesses said the boy was alone in the cabin as his mom had wanted to save ticket money.
