The International Monetary Fund (IMF) Managing Director Christine Lagarde urged world leaders to strengthen international collaboration to fix the global trade system and resolve trade disputes when she addressed the opening ceremony of the first China International Import Expo (CIIE) in Shanghai on Monday.
