The Syrian news agency Sana says Israeli warplanes fired a number of missiles toward the Damascus area on January 11. Most of the missiles were shot down, but a warehouse at Damascus airport was hit, causing damage but no casualties. This is the first of such attacks in 2019, following the several attacks last year.
