Three injured in St Petersburg military academy blast

Three people were injured in a blast at the A.F. Mozhaysky Military Space Academy in St Petersburg on Tuesday, according to Russian Defense Ministry.
"An explosion of an unidentified explosive device took place around 1:30 p.m. (1030 GMT) in Saint Petersburg in staff premises of an administrative building at the Mozhaysky academy," the ministry said in a statement.
Three people received non-life-threatening injuries and were receiving medical treatment, it added. 
Earlier, state media reported the number of injured people was four. 
Around 20 people were trapped after a flight of stairs collapsed in the military training academy, RIA reported. 
The precise cause of the blast remains unclear and is under investigation.
Cadets and teachers were evacuated after the explosion.
The academy is one of the largest military education establishments in Russia.
