Minnesota prosecutors will not charge billionaire chief executive officer of China's JD.com Inc, Liu Qiangdong, after he was accused of rape by a University of Minnesota student during a recent U.S. visit, authorities said on December 18. JD.com's share price has fallen sharply after September, but it extended gains after news spread of the decision not to prosecute, and closed up 5.9 percent.
