Flooding has caused chaos as streets have turned into gushing rivers in Greece’s second-largest city Thessaloniki on Thursday. Video shows a large bottle bank as it swept down a street, crashing into cars. About 1.5 million citizens faced power outages, water supply disruptions and traffic accidents.
