Players and working staff of Premier League's Manchester United believe that manager Jose Mourinho will be fired if the team lose to Burnley on Sunday, reported Daily Mail on Tuesday.
"They are saying Jose will be gone soon. Some think he'll be out if they lose at Burnley. Others can't see him lasting beyond September. We've seen this before and it just feels the same. The club will say it's supporting Jose but we all saw what happened with Louis. The players are already talking about the possibility of Zidane coming in," said to Daily Mail's source.
Though according to Sky Sports, the board of Man U still supports Mourinho and the team shall have no interest making a third change of manager in shortly four and a half years, losing two in first three games of the new season has placed the 55-year-old Portuguese and his team under heavy pressure.

Moreover, Mourinho may need to pay more attention to the dressing room since, according to Daily Mail, only eight players were on the team coach from Carrington to the Lowry Hotel before losing to Tottenham Hotspur 0-3 at home on Monday. Others including Paul Pogba made their own way to the hotel.
Mourinho has reasons to worry about his future at Old Trafford. For starters, he had multiple arguments with Ed Woodward, CEO of Man U over transfer policies. Daily Mail previously reported that the team were reluctant to spend more after paying some 90 million US dollars for new players. However, Mourinho gave Woodward a list of five names and expected to get at least one of them.

Having not got what he wanted, the manager was apparently unhappy and complained several times which have made the team's board unhappy too.
Furthermore, for the past 18 months, Mourinho has had strained relations with several key players including Pogba, Anthony Martial, Luke Shaw and Eric Bailly while others did not say in public but "would be happy to see him go," according to Daily Mail.
The game with against Burnley on Sunday may not immediately decide Mourinho's fate, but will definitely play a part in whatever happens in the future.
