European aviation giant Airbus said it would stop making its superjumbo A380 in 2021. The A380 is the world's largest airliner, with two decks of spacious cabins and room for 544 people in a standard layout. It was designed to challenge rival Boeing's 747. Airbus said it had no backlog or reason to sustain production after Emirates airlines cut back its orders.
