U.S. President Donald Trump announced on Twitter that he will be leaving for Hanoi early on Monday ahead of his meeting with Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) leader Kim Jong Un. Trump noted that the two leaders expect to continue the progress made at their first summit last year in Singapore. He also welcomed Chinese President Xi Jinping's support for the meeting, adding that "sanctions placed on the border by China and Russia have been very helpful."
