P.E. teacher Lai Xuanzhi has always been dreaming of teaching in the primary school. He was stunned, however, when he first came to Qixing Primary School in Guangzhou, the capital of south China's Guangdong Province in 2010. "I felt like making a difference for the school as a P.E. teacher. I wished the school could turn into a lively and joyous place," he said.
