A huge fire broke out in a chemical factory at 2 p.m. BJT in Shanghai's Fengxian District, with no casualties reported, according to local authorities.
Blaze and black smoke could be seen far away from the multi-story building when the fire broke out.

Firefighters have arrived at the scene to contain the raging fire. As of 4:30 p.m., most of the fire has been put out.
The factory, which primarily manufactures building materials and chemicals, is located in the district's sparsely-populated chemical area.
