Four acrobats fell from a height of about 16 feet (4.8 meters) during an aerial performance in Shangqiu City, central China's Henan Province on November 23. The rope connecting the metal harness and the digger suddenly snapped when the performers flipped back to hang upside-down. The injured performers were at once rushed to a local hospital, where their wounds were found not life-threatening.
