After a devastating earthquake hit Sichuan Province in 2008, Xi Junfei, along with other kids were invited to the Ocean All-Russia Children's Care Center in Vladivostok. Xi wanted to study in the country after spending nearly a month at the center. He is now a student at Russia's Far Eastern Federal University and is happy to see more Sino-Russia exchanges at the care center.
