The black box of a bus that plunged into the Yangtze River in southwest China's Chongqing Municipality has been found and handed over to the local public security bureau. Rescuers are trying to lift the bus out of the water with a floating crane. The death toll has risen to nine, as divers retrieved seven more bodies. Three have been identified and four are undergoing DNA analysis. A preliminary investigation says 15 people, including the driver, were on board.
