An official building permit was issued on June 7 for the unfinished Sagrada Familia cathedral, 137 years after construction first started. The license will allow building work to continue until 2026. Officials said the city will be paid €4.6 million (approximately 5.2 million U.S. dollars) in fees as part of an agreement with the church's foundation.
