Speaking at the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit Sunday morning, Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev said the SCO should be a platform to expand trade, people-to-people exchanges, infrastructure connectivity and scientific cooperation to advance the region’s economy.
