At least 10 people were suffocated to death by smoke and 12 others were injured in an accident at a pharmaceutical company in Jinan City, east China's Shandong Province on Monday.
The accident occurred when the company reconstructed the pipelines at 3:37 p.m. local time, local authorities said.
An investigation is underway.
