Are you ready for this year’s Wimbledon? When it comes to Wimbledon season one of the favorite things in London’s summer event calendar, people all over the world especially Londoners would get prepared in advance and buy a ticket to watch this annual famous sporting event.
Today when people talk about Wimbledon, some specular traditions towards this area might spring to mind. Wimbledon, also known as the Championships, is arguably the popular and famous tennis tournament in the world as Wimbledon’s origins were linked intimately to tennis. Since the Wimbledon Championships were first played in 1877, this southwest district, situated around 11 kilometers away from the center of London has become famous throughout the world. From then on, Wimbledon Tennis Championships has been hosted annually by the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club in Wimbledon district in London.

The New Wimbledon Theater

Located on the Broadway, Wimbledon, London, in the London Borough of Merton, the New Wimbledon Theatre is famously known for hosting many popular shows before they have hit the West End. Meanwhile, it might be an ideal place to see your favorite potential future stars on stage before they get famous around the world.
