Rainstorms flooded parts of east China's Jiangxi and Fujian provinces, forcing the evacuation of more than 3,000 people. In Fengcheng City, Jiangxi, the flooding left many residential neighborhoods under almost waist-deep water, prompting rescuers to go door-to-door to evacuate trapped residents. More rain is expected in Jiangxi Province in the coming days.
