US President Donald Trump on Friday tweeted twice some photos showing that he had great negotiations with leaders at the G7 summit in Canada and blamed some media for wrongly interpreting some of the photos taken at the summit.
In Trump’s first tweet, he posted four photos to show people how great his relationship is with leaders from other member countries, and defended himself saying that he asked for things that no other American president would ask for. In one of the photos the president posted, it looks like a retread version of the previous one implying anger. Trump places his hand on one hand of his German counterpart Angela Merkel and both of them put on a smile on their face with other leaders around Trump.

Trump’s second tweet flatly pointed to some social media that misinterpret the previously released photos. He “crowned” the media as “the Fake News Media,” and continued to show his great relationships with world leaders by posting photos of himself with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and French President Emmanuel Macron. He is seen standing with them on a balcony, clasping hands with Macron while Trudeau smiles for the camera. In the photos, all leaders appear to be smiling.

On June 9, German Chancellor Angela Merkel posted a photo on Instagram in which Trump is sitting at a table while other world leaders surround him. The photo later immediately turned heads on social media and effected countless speculation about the context. An analysis by CNN commenced with “The West is in crisis after the G7 summit ended in acrimony.”
Like the bad photo which was described by Trump in one of his tweet, the two tweets also instantly caught the public eye with thousands of replies and re-tweeting suggesting Trump is blowing his own horn and offering their interpretation of the photos.
