Chinese Premier Li Keqiang said China is ready to link the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) with Kazakhstan's new economic policy, the Bright Road, while meeting with his Kazakh counterpart Bakytzhan Sagintayev in Dushanbe on Thursday.
