Li Xiaopeng, China's Minister of Transport, stressed on the importance of safety while commenting on the country's thriving car-hailing services. He said that both government agencies and industry leaders in the sector should do the utmost to ensure the safety of passengers and drivers. While talking to reporters at the Ministers' Corridor during China's two sessions, Li said his agency would continue to consult the users and business firms in formulating further policies.
