The Bocuse d’Or, often hailed “the most prestigious culinary competition in the world,” makes its first ever visit to south China’s Guangzhou Province. Chefs from India, Thailand, Vietnam, S. Korea and Singapore were cooking in the kitchen of Guangzhou Baiyun International Convention Center today.
