A blown-out tire caused a truck loaded with bulk cement to roll over and fall off a bridge into the Qianxia Lake in east China's Zhejiang Province on Sept. 5. Traffic police and staff from the local highway administration department immediately came to the scene to take the truck away and closed the bridge.
