Trevor, the only duck that lived on the tiny Pacific island nation of Niue, has died after being attacked by a dog. He was believed to have blown in from New Zealand during a storm a year ago. As the nation of 1,600 people has no natural ponds or wetlands, he chose to live in a roadside puddle and soon captured hearts of everyone.
