The 24th International Kite Flying Festival kicked off in Cape Town on October 28 and attracted 20,000 participants. The fair promotes charity, as well as showcasing kites of different styles. And the theme of "Rise Up and Fly" aims to raise public awareness of children with intellectual disabilities.
