At least 30 people were killed and four others were injured when a truck rammed into a crowd of people in the town of Nahuala in western Guatemala on Wednesday evening, according to reports.

The incident occurred when a truck hit a group of people who had gone onto the road to inspect another person who had been hit by a car, Reuters reported.
