Chinese first lady Peng Liyuan and Rwanda’s first lady Jeannette Kagame visited the National Centre for the Performing Arts (NCPA) on September 4 in Beijing. They visited the Opera House and the Public Hall and enjoyed a performance by the NCPA Chorus.
