Four people were killed and 11 others were injured when a runaway bus mounted a pavement and ran over several pedestrians in North Point, Hong Kong on Monday. The bus was parked outside a primary school and began rolling down the street just after the driver left the vehicle. Police believe that the driver might have forgotten or didn't properly pull the handbrake.
