Nearly 10,000 people have gathered in Zigui County of Yichang City in central China’s Hubei Province ahead of the Chinese Dragon Boat Festival, aiming to set a Guinness World Record of the most people making zongzi, or sticky rice bundles. The event is held every year in memory of Quyuan, a patriot during China's Warring States Period.
