The DPRK says it may suspend talks with the United States and reconsider its moratorium on missile launches and nuclear tests following the collapse of talks during the last summit between Kim Jong Un and Donald Trump. DPRK Vice Foreign Minister Choe Son Hui blamed U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and National Security Adviser John Bolton for the breakdown of last month's summit in Hanoi.
