Chinese President Xi Jinping has urged "all necessary means" to rescue the injured and properly handle the aftermath of a serious traffic accident that took place in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) on Sunday.
A bus fell from a bridge in DPRK's North Hwanghae Province, killing 32 Chinese and four DPRK nationals and injuring two Chinese.
President Xi called for making security the number one priority, especially during the upcoming Labor Day holiday, which takes place at the beginning of May. Related departments should make sure to rule out any kind of hidden dangers as there will be a huge number of people travelling, and it should be confirmed that emergency measures can be carried out in time whenever an accident happens.
