At least eight people, including a police officer, were killed and 22 injured after a bus crashed into pedestrians in Longyan City, southeast China's Fujian Province on Tuesday afternoon, according to local authorities. The suspect has been detained by the police and a rescue operation has been launched. An investigation into the incident is underway.
