Chinese President Xi Jinping said it is important to strengthen strategic cooperation between the two sides, especially amid rising uncertainties faced by the world, while meeting with Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev. Medvedev is in Shanghai to attend the first China International Import Expo (CIIE) which runs from November 5 to 10.
