A passenger caught a touching moment on camera when a man held out an umbrella for a traffic warden at a crossroad during heavy rain on Tuesday in Zibo City, east China's Shandong Province. The man stood behind the warden holding the umbrella until another warden came along and brought him a raincoat. The passenger who shot the video hopes to see more people doing random acts of kindness.
