Chinese Premier Li Keqiang welcomed Greece becoming a full participant in the cooperation mechanism between China and Central and Eastern European Countries (CEEC) on Friday. Li made the remarks at the eighth China-CEEC leaders' meeting in the Croatian city of Dubrovnik.
