Thai authorities have recovered tour boat Phoenix that sank in rough weather off the country's resort island of Phuket, killing 47 Chinese tourists in July. The boat was brought to the surface on Saturday. It was raised from the 45-meter-deep sea floor by a crane ship, operated by a salvage company from Singapore.
