SPIEF 2019 opening ceremony underway

The opening ceremony of the 23rd St. Petersburg International Economic Forum is being held in St. Petersburg.

UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres along with other political leaders are attending the ceremony.

Acting St. Petersburg Governor Alexander Beglov is greeting the participants and guests with welcoming remarks.
