One of China's most wanted fugitives turns himself in

Wang Qi, one of China's 100 most wanted fugitives, has turned himself in to authorities, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI) said on Monday.
Wang, the former legal department director at China Resources Microelectronics Ltd., was wanted on suspicion of crime of duty encroachment. He fled to Singapore in February 2013.
