Qian Yin'an, a member of the Standing Committee and secretary-general of the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), is under investigation on suspicion of serious disciplinary violations, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the CPC announced on Thursday.
Qian, 54, is under both disciplinary and supervisory investigations.
