Due to continuous heavy rainfall, Huangguoshu Waterfall in Anshun City, southwest China's Guizhou Province, has entered the high flow period.
According to data from the Huangguoshu hydrological station, the waterfall flow reached 463 cubic meters per second on June 7, making it the largest reading since the start of the flooding season in 2019.
The tumultuous and majestic swells enthrall a large number of tourists.
"I am greatly impressed. It looks quite calm on TV and in photos. But now I am here today and it's quite magnificent thanks to the rising water," said a tourist.
