Blue Origin, Amazon founder Jeff Bezos's aerospace company, completed the test flight of its New Shepard booster and crew capsule on April 29 near Van Horn, US. Named after the first American in space, Alan Shepard, it reached an altitude of 106km, and landed about 450 seconds after launch. Blue Origin hopes to fly tourists to space as soon as 2019.
