Proclaimed as the “Giant Lung” of the city, Qingxiu Mountain is renowned for its marvelous green scenery and pleasant climate throughout all seasons. It lies on the bank of Yong River and is about nine kilometers away from the southeast of the city. The earliest history of the mountain could date back to the Sui Dynasty (581-619) when it was built as an attraction, leaving plenty of cultural and architectural relics to the city. /VCG Photo
