A tanker truck carrying flammable material exploded on Monday on a highway near the northern Italian city of Bologna, killing at least two people and injuring up to 70 as a section of the thoroughfare collapsed, police said. CCTV footage provided by Italian police appears to show the tanker truck colliding with a line of stationary vehicles stuck in traffic. The CCTV footage also showed a second, larger explosion resulting from the same incident.
