The Chinese market welcomes competitive and high-quality products from the United States, China's Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) said in a statement on Wednesday.
The statement came after the second round of trade talks between China and the US, in which a consensus on the trade dispute between the two countries was reached.

The US Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross is going to visit China soon, MOFCOM confirmed in the statement.
Both sides will implement the specific contents of the joint statement issued during the China-US trade talks, which covers purchases of farmed goods and energy products.
