Member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) will discuss plans to co-develop and improve transportation infrastructure, said SCO Secretary-General Rashid Alimov during an interview with CGTN about the Belt and Road Initiative and transportation cooperation between SCO members.
